Tumbler Operator

Provide basic physical labor associated with the placement and finishing of concrete pavers.

• Assist in plant start‑up as instructed
• Perform quality control on finished products being tumbled, removing any product that does not meet quality standards
• Stack and sort concrete pavers on elevated pallets
• Manually stack concrete pavers weighing up to 75 lbs
• Clean up designated area at end of shift
• Assist in other areas of the plant as needed and directed by supervisor

• Extended periods of standing on a concrete floor, 8–10 hours per shift
• Exposure to temperature variations based on season
• Exposure to noise and dust
• Use of PPE, including safety shoes, hard hats, ear and eye protection

Compensation for this role is $21 per hour.
