Manufacturing Maintenance Manager

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance department including all mechanics and electrical personnel. This position provides a high level of leadership of maintenance throughout the entire plant. Will work closely with a diverse team to ensure efficient operations of the facility.

• Lead process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
• Responsible for ensuring quality within the maintenance department.
• Responsible to know, understand, comply and be actively engaged with the safety procedures, safety policies, and internal regulations and controls.
• Responsible for controlling costs in relation to the maintenance department.
• Ensure that service is delivered in a timely manner in accordance with established business plans.
• Responsible for training and development of all levels under the control of this position.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient production and a team environment.
• Manage the maintenance programs to ensure effectiveness through the utilization of current technology, upgrades, and equipment.
• Analyze records of equipment failures to reduce future downtime.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive mechanical and electrical experience.
• Degree preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Maintenance Manager.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills. Facility Site Leader a bonus.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of production methods, processes, and industrial machines/equipment.
• Familiarity with CMS and PLC.
• Sound analytical and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and plan work effectively.
