Team Lead, Epic Cupid/Radiant Applications

Lead the Epic Cupid and Radiant application teams, planning and implementing, analyzing, designing, testing, and maintaining clinical/EHR software workflows. Resolve cross‑application issues, manage staff development, track weekly metrics, and drive project execution.

• Plan, design, implement, test and maintain Clinical/EHR software applications.
• Interface with user departments to anticipate and resolve problems, develop solutions, and prepare detailed specifications.
• Coordinate implementation, analysis, testing, maintenance, upgrades, and debugging of complex workflows.
• Maintain system integrity leveraging deep understanding of technical components.
• Guide others on challenging technical matters.
• Lead projects within team or broader department.
• Coordinate work within team or department on a regular basis.
• Contribute to departmental operating plans and manage people as needed.

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Epic build and maintenance experience in Cupid and Radiant (highly preferred).
• Epic Training Background (preferred).
• Leadership experience (preferred).
• Operational/Clinical experience.
• Epic honor roll and gold stars.
• Epic 3rd Party application experience.
• Certification: EPIC required;
  Cupid and Radiant highly preferred;
  Epic Structure reporting badge highly preferred;
  Project Management Certification preferred.
• Epic certifications can be obtained within 60 days of the final class; 3 certification testing opportunities provided.

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

• Certified – EPIC Required.
• Certification Cupid and Radiant highly preferred.
• Epic Structure reporting badge highly preferred.
• Project Management Certification preferred.
• Certification notes: role may require Epic certification; testing opportunities provided.
