Responsibilities:

  • Oversee team performance in mitigation services following industry standards
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Support team members and collaborate across departments
  • Represent our brand professionally
  • Conduct daily team huddles and ensure readiness
  • Meet clients and adjusters onsite for issue resolution
  • Inspect and re-inspect job sites for quality
  • Address customer questions and concerns promptly
  • Maintain inventory and equipment
  • Be available by phone and participate in on-call schedule
