Location: 11902 Central Pkwy, Jacksonville, FL 32224

Shift: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (Hours subject to change based on business needs)

As the General Manager at OnTrac, you will report to the Regional General Manager. You will provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the units and team members within the facility.

• GED/Diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred
• A minimum of 5 years management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 6 years’ experience in industry or a related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Last‑mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired
• Experience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills
• Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team
• Strong organization and time‑management skills utilizing MS Office Suite

• Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the services
• Direct, plan and prepare budgets based on corporate goals and objectives
• Evaluate operational results regularly and systematically report them to Regional Operations and General Managers
• Maintain engineered staffing levels for all positions, including coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management, and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions
• Ensure adherence to all contract aspects and work with Vendors and Independent Contractors for accountability to the operating agreement
