Branch Manager – Member Success Manager
Radi Fi Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to direct and administer the sales, service, and operational efforts of a retail branch. The role ensures the branch meets organizational growth, sales, and service goals, generates new revenue opportunities, and promotes service delivery excellence.
Major Duties and Responsibilities- Acts as the branch business owner to enhance bottom‑line performance through business development, revenue generation, and expense control.
- Coaches and develops staff on sales and service skills, executing the Credit Union’s Awesome Sales & Service Program and conducting effective 1‑1 sessions.
- Conducts weekly sales meetings and huddles to review goals, track progress, and implement action plans.
- Generates new revenue opportunities by guiding members on product and solution options and improving branch profitability.
- Achieves monthly/annual goals for branch loans, deposits, and memberships through quarterly action planning and individualized sales plans.
- Develops local commercial business market with Business Services, meeting commercial lending goals in addition to branch objectives.
- Maintains a positive reputation with members, prospects, and community organizations, representing the credit union at community events.
- Supports cross‑functional growth for Investment Services, Business Services, and Mortgages, and refers sales opportunities to the appropriate departments.
- Collects commercial loan information through member interviews, site visits, financial data, and third‑party references.
- Keeps current knowledge of credit union products, services, and market trends.
- Advocates for digital readiness, increasing adoption of digital services among branch staff and members.
- Orients new employees, appraises performance, and recommends staff compensation, promotion, and termination.
- Collaborates with Retail Leaders to design and implement new sales strategies and operational efficiency ideas.
- Participates in the recruiting and hiring process, supporting job fairs and career events with HR.
- Ensures compliance with all company policies, laws, and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and OFAC.
Minimum of five years of relevant experience, proven leadership with a sales and service focus, and preferred financial services industry experience.
Education and CertificationA high school degree or GED is required. A college degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Must obtain and maintain NMLS certification and required insurance licenses.
Interpersonal SkillsExcellence in communication, problem solving, and decision making. Strong supervisory and leadership skills, confidentiality, and customer privacy. Ability to work independently and within a team, using technology and software as required.
ADA andPhysical Requirements
Can bend, sit, and stand; limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs; capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergencies; capable of routine office equipment use; required to perform work on computer for 6‑8 hours per day; may work extended hours or travel off site as required.
Working ConditionsIndoors in a climate‑controlled, shared work area with moderate noise.
