Description: Stellar is seeking an Senior Field Safety Manager, to play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well‑being of all personnel on the job site. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. You will conduct regular safety audits, provide training sessions, and work closely with the project teams to foster a culture of safety.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will be the point of contact for all safety‑related issues and will need to effectively address any concerns that arise.

- Acting as the point of contact for all safety‑related issues
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse environments and changing conditions
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, ASP, CHST, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety management role, preferably in a field‑based setting
- Experience with OSHA regulations and safety compliance
- Proven track record of developing and implementing safety programs
- Experience in accident investigation and reporting
