ICX Group is currently recruiting for a VP of Risk Management that will be instrumental in the success and continued development of the Risk Management team.

The Vice President of Risk Management is a key leadership role responsible for leading enterprise risk management, including claims, insurance programs, and fraud prevention initiatives. This role partners closely with executive leadership to reduce risk exposure, improve outcomes, and strengthen organizational resilience.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, collaborative leader with deep experience managing complex claims and insurance environments and building high‑performing teams.

This is a full‑time, on‑site leadership role based in Northeast Florida. Relocation assistance may be available.

• Set and execute enterprise risk management strategy
• Lead claims management, insurance administration, and fraud prevention functions
• Develop risk models, analytics, and executive‑level reporting
• Oversee insurance program design, placement, and renewals
• Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, legal partners, and third‑party administrators
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best‑practice risk controls
• Track and report key risk and cost metrics
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on high‑exposure claims and critical incidents

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in risk management, claims, or insurance
• Proven executive leadership and team development experience
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
