, you’ll be the heart of our leasing strategy and resident experience, helping new residents find their next home and feel great about it every step of the way.

• Lead and manage all leasing activities to drive occupancy and revenue
• Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families
• Conduct tours, explain community features, and guide applicants through the leasing process
• Manage digital leads, follow-ups, applications, and lease agreements through our online platform
• Execute outreach and marketing efforts tailored to the 55+ active lifestyle
• Partner with the Property Manager to support events, renewals, and resident satisfaction
• Mentor leasing professionals and serve as the go-to expert for leasing performance

• 2+ years of leasing or sales experience; senior living or active adult experience is a plus
• Warm, professional communication style and excellent listening skills
• Confidence with CRM/property management systems (Entrata preferred)
• A self-starter who thrives on hitting goals and creating great experiences
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Availability for occasional weekend hours and community events
