Accounting Manager – CPA | ERP | SOX Compliance

Full-Time | Hybrid 1 day a week on-site

We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to join a growing organization and lead day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be a CPA with a solid background in ERP systems, SOX compliance, and at least 3 years of management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
• Maintain compliance with SOX requirements and internal controls.
• Utilize ERP systems to streamline reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• CPA required.
• 3+ years of experience managing accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite).
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
