Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects from conception through completion. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring that all deliverables meet scope, budget, and schedule requirements. The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, and excels in stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination.

Project Planning and Execution

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

• Oversee project teams and provide clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, finance, and other departments to ensure project success.
• Encourage a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Budgeting and Reporting

• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial performance aligns with goals.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure all documentation, including change orders and progress updates, is maintained accurately.

Quality and Compliance

• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct project reviews to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive process consistency and best practices across project teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree or MBA (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale or complex projects across multiple disciplines.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

• Salary range: $100,000 – $125,000
