.
Up to $164,000 base salary + full benefits + relocation assistance
Leads a high-volume L&D program with a dedicated OBED, two OB ORs, and post-operative recovery
Baby Friendly designated, Board-certified obstetric specialists, neonatologists, and dedicated anesthesiologists available on-site 24/7
Stable executive leadership and Magnet professional practice environment
BSN required (Master’s preferred)
3+ years L&D clinical experience (
Magnet / Baby Friendly designated department experience preferred
)2+ years progressive nursing leadership experience (must have direct experience managing a team at a Supervisor / Manager level)
