We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our 128-unit property. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English & Spanish), possess strong leadership and hospitality management experience, and have a deep understanding of marketing, human resources, and financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Hotel Operations Management:
  Lead daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.
• Marketing Strategy & Revenue Growth:
  Design and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Staff Leadership & Development:
  Supervise a team including 4 housekeepers, 2 maintenance staff, and 4 front desk associates (including 3 assistant managers). Provide training, coaching, and performance management.
• Financial Oversight:
  Manage budgeting, financial reporting, credit card transactions, and cost controls.
• Customer Service:
  Maintain high service standards, resolve guest concerns, and ensure a positive reputation.
• Compliance & Safety:
  Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and hospitality regulations.
• Bilingual Communication:
  Communicate fluently in English and Spanish with guests, staff, and stakeholders.

Working hours:

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Preferred

Skills:

• Proficiency with hospitality management software is a plus.

Experience:

• 4+ years

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hotel operations or hotel management (4+ years of experience)
• Strong proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
• Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and social media campaigns
• Financial literacy including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and basic accounting
• Human resources knowledge including training, compliance, and employee engagement
