Operations Manager, Administrative Management, Employee Relations
In search of a proactive leader committed to delivering outstanding operational performance and guiding a large team to success. This role is not for an office manager. Seeking an accomplished Director of Operations based in downtown Jacksonville, Florida! - Specializing in immigration law, family law, and criminal defense to assist individuals in making the US their home. Responsibilities:
• Holds team accountable based on measurable KPI's
• Manages office facilities and office supply inventory
• Assists the Owner with recruitment, hiring, personnel, and general human resources operations
• Handles training and onboarding for new employees
• Supervises the work of the non-lawyer support staff and vendors
• Administers payroll (verifying work hours, leave time, overtime) and benefits
• Oversees the Firm’s case management, contact management, and document management
• Creates, implements, improves, and makes sure everyone is following the Firm's policies and procedures
• Prepares Dashboards and Status Reports for the Owner and future Administrator
• Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Qualifications:
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably a staff of 20+ people
• Employee engagement and leadership, supervision, and termination
• Managing bookkeepers, accountants, understanding of financial controls, technology services, and other vendors
• Managing projects to ensure they are resolved successfully, on time, and on budget
• Implementation of policies, systems, and procedures
• Bi-lingual in english and spanish is a plus Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 + bonus

Compensation:
$85,000-$120,000 per year
