Cleaner/Facilities Maintenance Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner for our heavy-industrial manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in bathrooms and common areas, as well as managing cleaning supplies and inventory. This will be an independent position and we are looking for a self-directed individual that can help build our facilities maintenance team.

• Pay: $18.50/hr (based on experience)

• Shift Options:

• 6:00am-2:30pm (M-F)

• 3:00pm-11:30pm (M-F)

• Clean bathrooms and common areas to maintain a high standard of hygiene.

• Manage cleaning supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are in stock.

• Perform janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.

• Handle inventory control and material handling tasks.

• Perform computer data entry related to inventory and supply management.

• 2+ years of housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience.

• Experience working in non-climate controlled settings.

• Experience performing data entry, inventory control, and managing cleaning supplies.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
