Description
Maintenance Planner / Scheduler will coordinate preventive, routine, repair, and emergency maintenance activities across the plant. This role will use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure that all maintenance work is effectively planned, scheduled, and executed with minimal disruption to operations. It will plan and prepare maintenance work orders for scheduled and emergency maintenance services, coordinate all required resources for job execution including labor, tools, and parts, and develop weekly and outage work scopes for maintenance techs.
The planner will also build and maintain equipment records, bill of materials, asset data, and create, schedule, and close out PM tasks. PM programs will be adjusted and optimized to maximize equipment uptime. Additionally, the planner will manage and track spare parts inventory and equipment documentation to support the plant’s operations.
- 2+ years of experience as a maintenance planner/scheduler in a manufacturing facility
- Proficiency in using CMMS (computerized maintenance management system)
- 2+ years of planning and scheduling preventive maintenance services for equipment
- Ability to track and manage inventory for spare parts
Skills & Qualifications
- Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency
- Production planning experience
- Production scheduling experience
- Some college preferred
First shift – Hours could vary between 6 am – 3 pm / 7 am – 4 pm.
TrainingTravel to other site locations across the country (Mon‑Fri) will be required.
Experience LevelIntermediate Level.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.

Workplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Jacksonville, FL.
