• Carpet cleaning, restorations, repairs, and water extractions & other surface cleaning (rugs, upholstery, tile, grout, etc.)
• Executing pre‑cleaning inspections with keen attention to detail
• Responding to flooding emergencies swiftly and steadily
• Upholding and complying with quality, safety, & regulatory standards at all times
• Fostering lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service
• Documenting all quotes, invoices, & work performed with in‑depth precision
• Communicating professionally & conscient in all customer & team interactions

• Basic computer & smartphone skills
• Availability to work Mon‑Fri with mandatory weekend & overnight on‑call rotation
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, understanding, & speaking)
• Ability to perform all necessary physical aspects of the job (lifting, moving, pushing, pulling, carrying at least 60 lb; standing, kneeling, crawling for extended periods; working in heat, cold, rain, dust, sewage, pests, tight spaces, heights)
• At least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
• Valid driver’s license with ≥3 years of experience & satisfactory driving record
• Capability to pass background check & drug screening
