** Operating Engineer
** supports operation, inspection, and light maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems. You will work as part of an engineering team of 10+ at multi building client property managed 24/7 by JLL. Performs all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with established work standards and practices.

Must be comfortable and flexible enough to work with a wide-ranging and changing scope of responsibilities while adhering to the constraints of procedures put in place to minimize the risk for human error.

Maintains responsibility for preventative maintenance, contracted maintenance, general maintenance and technical proficiency.
** Physical Work Requirements & Conditions
** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk long distances to cover property portfolio.

* Required Qualifications:

** High School diploma or GED equivalent; A combination of four years of experience as a licensed HVAC journeyman or completing a formal program providing equivalent experience Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience; commercial industry general building preventative & corrective maintenance

Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) &/or Building Management System (BMS) Strong Customer Service & Interpersonal skills Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) Strong Troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills are required
