A Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas. This role includes guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance, and some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment. The position requires good communication skills and strong troubleshooting ability (electricity, plumbing, etc.).

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front-of-house areas.
• Complete entry-level preventative maintenance for guest rooms and public areas.
• Repair and service mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests; demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills in electricity, plumbing, and related systems.

• Minimum of 2 years of building maintenance experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Good customer service skills.
• Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Open availability; able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and climb.
• Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight consistently.
