We are hiring an HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician for immediate needs!

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance service requests.
  • Assist in the preparation of market-ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
  • Assist Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems, including appliance repair.
  • Report any maintenance concerns for repairs in available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Install locks and make keys.
  • Replace light bulbs in common areas.
  • Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter daily.
  • Deliver communication documentation to residents.
  • Assist in cleaning available apartments and models.
  • Perform basic pool cleaning, including cleaning pool furniture and maintaining pool chemicals.
  • Maintain the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other community areas meticulously.

    • Experience in the apartment industry is a plus! Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
