Cleaning Specialist will clean residential and commercial properties, deep cleaning, post construction cleaning, and contents cleaning. Will also efficiently and professionally clean contents, pack contents and move boxes.

• Perform all cleaning duties for commercial and residential property, sweep, vacuum, polish, mop
• Clean contents to pre-loss condition following set procedures
• Maintain inventory of supplies
• Use proper PPE where required
• Load vehicle with packing materials, prepare boxes, securely wrap and pack contents with care
• Photograph and inventory contents being packed, and record unsalvageable contents
• Assist in moving boxes, furniture and household items for transportation

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• 1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• The ability to be flexible and work at a consistent pace in a multi-tasked job is a must
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a professional attitude
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being dependable and on time
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
• Must have transportation
• Must pass background check
