Procurement and Supply Chain Manager

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and industrial operations, is seeking a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join their team. As a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager, you will be part of the Procurement and Supply Chain department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay Range: $95000 - $150000

What's the Job?

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including strategic sourcing, procurement, and logistics management.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for equipment, MRO, BOM, and operational materials.
• Manage logistics activities such as import freight, customs clearance, and domestic transportation.
• Collaborate with various departments to align supply chain activities with production and financial goals.
• Drive cost optimization, supplier performance improvement, and risk mitigation strategies.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience required.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, along with advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with contract negotiation, freight auditing, and compliance management.
