The firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1 to 5+ years of defense litigation experience to join a small, collegial, and high-performing team. Ideal candidates will have experience in insurance defense, personal injury, and premises liability.

This office handles a wide range of matters, including trucking and transportation litigation, catastrophic injury cases, and multiple wrongful death matters. While the majority of the work is personal injury focused, there is also the opportunity to gain experience in additional practice areas such as:

• First-party insurance
• Professional liability
• Zoning and land-use disputes
• Construction defect litigation
