A Bit About Us
Since 1989, we have practiced civil litigation from our Jacksonville base, advocating for individuals, businesses, insurers, and self-insured organizations throughout North and Central Florida, the Panhandle, and Georgia. Our deep regional roots and client-centered mindset guide our work across a wide spectrum of matters—medical malpractice, long-term care and assisted living liability, premises and products claims, professional and workers’ compensation issues, wrongful death, trucking and automotive accidents, regulatory inquiries, commercial disputes, and broader civil conflicts—while we also offer mediation and arbitration services.
Our clientele ranges from hospitals, physicians, and elder-care providers to national retailers, amusement venues, and professional sports franchises. We build authentic relationships, assign dedicated attorney–staff teams, and use industry insight to resolve most suits swiftly and effectively; when negotiations fail, we bring decades of trial experience in state and federal courts to bear. Anchored by longstanding community ties and an unwavering commitment to professional excellence, we remain recognized among Florida’s most respected litigation practices.
Why join us?
- Great reputation
- Local firm
- Competitive benefits and compensation
