Litigation Associate

Burr & Forman LLP is seeking an associate with 4+ years of litigation experience for its Transportation, Insurance and Products Liability section in the Jacksonville, FL, Tampa, FL, or Orlando, FL office.

Qualified candidates should possess a J.D. degree, membership in the Florida State Bar, and be qualified to practice law in Florida. While not required, qualifications to practice in Georgia and/or Alabama are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage case files, including pre-trial and trial activities.
• Conduct strong academic research and produce compelling legal writing.

Qualifications:

• Self-starters with excellent communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials and exceptionally strong legal research and writing skills.
• J.D. degree and membership in the Florida State Bar.
• Qualified to practice law in Florida; preference for Georgia and/or Alabama qualifications.
