Responsibilities- Represent clients in civil defense litigation cases involving insurance defense, liability, product, premises, and auto claims
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process
- Manage a caseload and meet deadlines
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
