Associate Attorney

The largest Workers' Compensation Defense firm in the Southeast seeks a talented attorney for our Jacksonville office.

We are looking to mentor associates who are bright, hard‑working, and have strong communication skills. We believe in training and promoting from within, and have a Director of Associate Advancement to help you progress. The average path to partnership is about 5 years for an associate.

You will work closely with partners and senior associates who provide active mentoring and client contact. Partners will invest time in training and mentoring, as well as expose you to the client development process. In return, we expect an eager associate capable of mastering the litigation process, anticipating case needs, and growing your own caseload.

Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited law school and be an active member of the Bar or recently took the Bar Exam.

• 0–5 years of experience is preferred.
