Senior Contracts Administrator

Overview

Duos Technologies, Inc. is looking for Senior Paralegal to provide advanced legal and administrative support to the General Counsel and our Legal Department, ensuring efficient management of legal matters, compliance, and documentation. This role is responsible for independently handling complex legal assignments, supporting corporate governance, contract management, and regulatory compliance activities.

• Draft, review, and manage a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, corporate resolutions, insurance, and compliance reports.
• Assist in the administration and oversight of corporate governance functions, including the maintenance of legal entity records, preparation and organization of board of directors and shareholder meeting materials, management and renewal of corporate insurance policies, coordination of vendor and third-party service relationships, and the timely preparation, filing, and maintenance of statutory and regulatory documents in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Support due diligence, transaction closings, and document organization for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate initiatives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external counsel to coordinate and manage ongoing legal projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of all legal and sensitive company information.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the Legal Department, including automation, document management, and policy updates.
