Litigation Paralegal

Consilio's ELS Direct Hire division is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a high-performing legal team in Jacksonville, FL. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong litigation skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to case management.

• Assist Associate General Counsel and Litigation Counsel with office-based legal work related to the company’s general business operations, including tenant default matters and landlord-tenant litigation
• Collaborate with Operations and outside counsel to resolve disputes in the company’s best interests
• Provide legal guidance and support to internal teams on a variety of business-related legal issues
• Manage and maintain the matter management system to track all pending litigation
• Review, audit, and approve legal invoices to control and minimize legal costs

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of paralegal experience in real estate, litigation, or a related field
• Knowledge of real estate and landlord/tenant law preferred
• Knowledge of litigation processes and procedures
• Strong command of English language and grammar
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to provide reports and presentations as required by management
• Strong Technological skills including proficiency in Microsoft 365 products, familiarity with e-billing and matter management systems, ability to gather and use data/KPIs to help make decisions, and ability to understand and learn to use new technologies, including AI.
