What You’ll Do- Keep litigation calendars running smoothly—hearings, depositions, deadlines, and more.
- Prepare, revise, and file pleadings and legal documents with accuracy and confidence.
- E‑file through state and federal court systems (bonus points if you’re aquela pro).
- Maintain well‑organized case files—both electronic and paper—from start to finish.
- Communicate with courts, clients, experts, and opposing counsel like the true professional you are.
- Assist with scheduling, follow‑ups, document prep, and general attorney support.
- Help keep the team on track, prepared, and ready to win cases.
- Experienceאו supporting medical malpractice attorneys (ideally 2+ years).
- Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills—someone who actually likes a good checklist.
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, e‑filing systems, and basic case management software).
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
- Excellent writing, communication, and proofreading abilities.
- A friendly, collaborative team that appreciates your work.
