Construction Law and Commercial Litigation Attorney

Founded in 1996, Tritt & Associates is Jacksonville's oldest boutique construction law firm and is seeking a construction law and/or commercial litigation attorney with 10 plus years of experience. Tritt & Associates presents is a unique opportunity to build a career in a specialized and dynamic area of law, working closely with experienced, Florida Bar Board Certified attorneys on complex matters related to construction and business disputes, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage a diverse case load of construction and business litigation matters
• Represent clients in state and federal court, as well as arbitration forums
• Draft and review construction contracts and related documents
• Stay updated on the relevant laws, codes, and regulations affecting the construction industry, specially, and the business community, in general.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active member of The Florida Bar (in good standing)
• Minimum of 10 years of construction law and/or commercial litigation experience
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Proven ability to independently manage complex matters
