Summer Internship Program - Service Business Analyst Intern at Intercontinental Exchan

Job Purpose:

The ICE Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity to combine hands‑on, impactful work on projects that shape our business, alongside practical career and professional development. You'll build meaningful connections, strengthen your interpersonal skills, and contribute in ways that truly make a difference.

Beyond your day‑to‑day responsibilities, you’ll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries.

The Service Now Business Analyst Intern will support AI‑driven process improvements by contributing to system re‑engineering projects and responding to stakeholder requests using the Service Now platform.

• Support SDLC phases and assist with system enhancements by gathering and documenting business requirements
• Maintain process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support project execution
• Communicate effectively between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Use tools like Service Now, SharePoint, and Jira to identify and support process optimization and automation
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university, be at least advancing to their junior year of study, and pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with business analysis methodologies such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum project environments and tools like Jira or Service Now Agile Development
• Exposure to artificial intelligence concepts and tools, with an understanding of how AI can be leveraged to enhance business processes, automate workflows, and improve decision‑making within platforms like Service Now is a plus

To accommodate varying academic calendars, the ICE Internship Program offers two schedule options:

• Option 1:
  May 18, 2026 – August 7, 2026
• Option 2:
  June 8, 2026 – August 21, 2026

Candidates will be asked to select their preferred session during the application process.

Please Note:

Interns must be available to work full‑time, five days a week, at our Jacksonville office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules. Partial participation or alternate dates cannot be accommodated.
