Oracle Business Analyst

ICX Group is recruiting for an Oracle Business Analyst for a client in the Jacksonville, FL area.

• Act as a lead techno-functional specialist for core financial system platforms.
• Collaborate with diverse business and technical teams to optimize financial operations.
• Drive system enhancements and ensure robust control and compliance standards.

This role involves supporting, enhancing, and optimizing core Oracle financial software solutions and associated applications within a technology group. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, deep system knowledge, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions while maintaining compliance and control standards. This individual will act as a subject matter expert, partnering with various internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage full implementation cycles from design through to deployment.
• Translate business objectives into system configurations and solution architectures.
• Ensure operational stability and functional integrity of financial software systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system functionality issues, coordinating with vendors.
• Act as an expert resource for cross-functional initiatives impacting finance technology.
• Develop detailed process documentation, functional designs, and testing scripts.

• Extensive experience (5+ years) with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Demonstrated history in complete system implementation cycles and requirements analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, data integrity, and SQL skills for analysis.

• Familiarity with financial management tools such as Jira or Service Now.
• Experience with additional enterprise finance applications.
