Sr Data Analyst

Description

Own the analytics lifecycle from data prep to insights delivery. You'll model data, build Power BI dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to drive decisions with clear, actionable reporting.

What You'll Do

+ Translate business questions into metrics, visuals, and KPIs

+ Build Power BI reports/dashboards with DAX, measures, and row‑level security

+ Clean, transform, and model data (Power Query/M, SQL)

+ Create semantic models and document data definitions

+ QA data for accuracy, freshness, and performance

+ Run ad‑hoc analysis and present findings to non‑technical audiences

Requirements

What We're Looking For

+ 2-5+ years in BI/analytics

+ Strong Power BI (DAX, modeling, performance optimization)

+ Solid SQL for joins, CTEs, window functions

+ Comfort working with stakeholders, teasing out requirements

+ Bonus:
Power BI Service admin, Fabric experience, Python, Power Automate
