Core4ce — DTS Support Specialist
Core4ce is seeking a talented Travel Analyst to join our Jacksonville, Florida team in support of a government customer. The ideal candidate will provide customer support to CNSL fleet ships, employees and customers involving the execution of Defense Travel Program Authorizations and Vouchers.
Responsibilities- Provide subject matter expertise and support to Approving Officials to identify and resolve travel authorization and voucher processing problems.
- Provide sound judgment and advice to travelers in accurately completing various DTS travel or related documents following internal and external policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track all vouchers in DTS, research data, and effect corrections to inaccurately completed vouchers.
- Obtain view-only access to Citi Manager to verify that the correct travel card charges are included when preparing vouchers.
- Assist with reviewing all required travel reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and/or quarterly basis, as required, and help correct, clear suspended or rejected items and follow up to ensure action is completed.
- This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.
- Knowledge in DoD JTR policies and procedures
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Working knowledge of processing travel authorizations and travel vouchers using DTS and TOPS, including upload/download of DD Form 1610 and DD Form 1351-2, and Microsoft Office Suite
- DTS experience covering DTS travel documents, Non-DTS Entry Agent (NDEA) functions, cancellation procedures, constructed travel, FY crossover, group travel, itinerary changes, routing lists, and reports
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- 3+ years of practical DTS experience utilizing various DTS applications to support travel requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Understanding of DON policies for protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- Knowledge of current guidance including JTR, DoDFMR, Navy DTS Business Rules, NAVSUPINST 4650.8, and DoDI 5154.3
