We’re hiring an experienced A/V Technician Specialist to join a high-performing onsite IT support team in Jacksonville, FL (5x/week), with infrequent travel (2.5–3 hrs) to a nearby Tallahassee location.

This role is hands‑on and focused on keeping conference room and collaboration technologies running seamlessly in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.

If you thrive in live meeting environments, enjoy troubleshooting room systems, and deliver strong white‑glove support, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Surface Hubs (display, audio, network settings)
  • Diagnose and resolve Crestron connectivity, audio, and video issues
  • Support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), including UI and touch panel troubleshooting
  • Support Condeco, Barco Click Share, Pano, Polycom, Cisco, and related AV systems
  • Provide event and meeting support (onsite and occasional offsite)
Technical Support
  • Troubleshoot PC, Mac, AV, and network connectivity issues
  • Manage Service Now tickets with SLA awareness
  • Support Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, One Drive, Office 365)
  • Perform asset management (shipping, receiving, tracking, disposal)
  • Provide printer installation and troubleshooting
  • Deliver VIP / white‑glove executive support
  • Provide remote hands support (checking ports, tracing cables, rebooting hardware)
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of onsite technical support experience (or related degree)
  • Hands‑on experience with Crestron and Microsoft Teams Rooms
  • Experience supporting AV conference room technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
  • Comfortable with occasional travel and after‑hours support if required
