The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that deliver maximum business value. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to support sales operations, reporting, integrations, and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities- Review and recommend Salesforce development best practices
- Configure and manage Salesforce instances
- Define and maintain contact and data structures within Salesforce
- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards
- Develop workflow automation using Process Builder and related tools
- Configure data integrations with AS400 systems
- Collaborate with Inside Sales teams on product knowledge and sales use cases
- Support and manage Salesforce‑related projects from concept to completion
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of U.S. work experience
- 3–5 years of hands‑on Salesforce Developer experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications (required)
- Experience configuring Salesforce modules to support business processes
- Working knowledge of Salesforce administration
- Proficiency with Salesforce data structures and databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Proven experience managing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience designing scalable workflows and system solutions
- Project management experience, including timelines and stakeholder communication
- Business acumen with a focus on ROI and cost‑effective solutions
