This is a full-time on-site position located in Jacksonville, FL, for a Lead Technician. The Lead Technician will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic security and healthcare technology systems. Key responsibilities include managing technical teams, ensuring project deadlines are met, adhering to established protocols, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Additional duties involve accurately reporting project progress and providing technical support to clients post-installation.

• Proficiency in electronic security systems, IP networking, and healthcare technology integration
• Experience with installation and troubleshooting of electronic systems and software
• Strong ability to manage teams and coordinate project timelines effectively
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities in client interactions and team management
• Previous experience in system documentation and reporting for projects is preferred
• Relevant certifications in electronic systems or networking are a plus
