As a Shuttle Attendant
, you’ll be the onboard expert ensuring smooth operation of advanced autonomous systems while providing outstanding customer service to ensure every rider feels confident and informed while experiencing cutting-edge mobility.

This role bridges technology and people, focusing on systems monitoring, troubleshooting, supporting real‑time technology performance, and creating a positive passenger experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Create a welcoming environment for passengers, guiding them through their autonomous journey with confidence and clarity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with riders, answering questions, and explaining autonomous technology in simple terms.
  • Interact with the public as an ambassador for Beep and this NAVI program.
  • Monitor autonomous vehicle systems and software performance during operations.
  • Provide first‑level technical support, troubleshoot minor issues, and elevate alerts when necessary.
  • Test software changes with a focus on safety and communicating clear feedback.
  • Maintain real‑time communication with the Beep Command Center to report system status, receive operational updates, and coordinate responses to alerts or incidents.
  • Respond to real‑time situations and support emergency protocols.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform pre‑and post‑trip inspections, and ensure the vehicle is charged and ready for service.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Pro:
    Empathetic communicator who can turn a tech experience into a positive, memorable interaction.
  • Tech Enthusiast:
    Passionate about emerging technology and eager to learn new systems. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software and processes.
  • Reliable & Calm:
    Composed under pressure and adaptable to change. High comfort level with making judgment calls in ambiguous situations.
  • Safety‑Focused:
    Committed to following operational protocols and always ensuring passenger and vehicle safety.
  • Valid driver’s license, 5+ years of driving experience, clean driving record.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.
  • Comfortable working outdoors, sitting for long periods, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
