We are seeking a strong and experienced Scrum Master with a background in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Manufacturing. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on Scrum Master experience and total 8+ years of professional experience. Experience working in regulated environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams.
- Remove team impediments and ensure sprint goals are met.
- Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track and report sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards in regulated environments (FDA, GMP, etc.).
- Support cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and IT.
- Coach teams on Agile maturity and transformation initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder communication and risk mitigation.
- 8+ years of total IT/Professional experience.
- Minimum 5+ years strictly as a Scrum Master.
- Experience in Manufacturing / Life Sciences / Healthcare / Medical Devices.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum framework, SAFe (preferred).
- Experience with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar Agile tools.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience working in regulated environments (FDA/GxP preferred).
