Senior Technical Product Manager

Data and Document Automation is an omnichannel mortgage automation solution that automates key business processes for lenders, investors, and servicers. We are looking for a motivated team member to work on the platform to help lenders accelerate their loan operations. At ICE, the Senior Technical Product Manager plays a critical role in realizing the product vision. The ideal candidate is customer focused, self-starter, independent, enthusiastic, strong team player and business outcome oriented.

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with a strong background in data-driven product development and AI technologies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and product management skills to drive innovative solutions leveraging data analytics and advanced machine learning models.

• Define and execute product strategies for AI-driven solutions, including LLMs, multi-modal models, and AI agents.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful products.
• Translate complex data insights into actionable product decisions.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data science to inform product roadmap.

• 4+ years in product management or technical product roles.
• Deep understanding of data analytics, statistics, and data science principles to drive product strategy.
• Hands‑on experience of leveraging data to build and scale machine learning and AI-driven applications.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-modal AI models, and AI agents.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, design and product thinking.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive insights for product development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Background in software engineering or data science.
• Experience with cloud platforms and ML frameworks.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model evaluation.
