Job Description

Pay range 60-65/hr

• Manage and monitor multiple projects, including milestone tracking and generating periodic status reports that align with company objectives and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans that outline project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient and cost-effective use of resource allocation.
• Evaluate, manage, and communicate project risks.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.
• Incorporate quality measures and standards into project deliverables.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned for future projects.

• 8+ years of Project management experience (Mid-sized companies 800+ people, will have to wear a bunch of different hats)
• PM experience needs to be ERP focused working with Net Suite (if not Net Suite, needs to have manufacturing experience)
• Managing large scale IT projects
• Proven experience managing ERP implementations
• PMP Certification
• Personality:
  Logical thinker – Analytical – Self Starter – Effective communicator
• Experience with Marketing Technology (Mar Tech) Tools:
  Proficiency in tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Experience with  for project management
