Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Integration Developer to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This role requires a strong background in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts, with the ability to work on complex integrations and write advanced SQL queries across HCM tables.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HCM modules.
• Build and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, and Eligibility logic.
• Develop HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports for business reporting and data feeds.
• Write complex SQL and PL/SQL queries across Oracle HCM tables to support integrations and reporting.
• Participate in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support of HCM integrations.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivery, quality, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – no resumes will be accepted without this.
• Strong experience in developing and maintaining Fast Formulas.
• Expertise in HCM data model, HCM Extracts, and complex SQL across Oracle HCM tables.
