Overview
Vaco is directly hiring a Senior VP of Enterprise Sales within the retail technology realm for a successful payment terminal solutions provider. This is a full-time, fully remote role within the US, with regular travel as needed.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership – Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 retailers and POS integrators.
Align sales objectives with company goals to ensure scalability and profitability.
Revenue Growth – Own and exceed revenue targets for enterprise accounts.
Drive new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
Team Development – Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team.
Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and incentive programs to maximize productivity.
Partnership & Ecosystem Management – Cultivate relationships with POS integrators, ISVs, and payment technology partners.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Experience
10+ years in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven success selling payment solutions, POS systems, or retail technology to large retailers.
Strong network within Tier 1 retailers and POS integrators in North America.

Deep understanding of payment processing, POS integration, and retail operations.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and influence C-level decision-makers.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Annual revenue growth from top 200 retailers.
Market share expansion in POS/payment integrations.
Strategic partnerships established and maintained.
Team performance and retention.
