This role is responsible for supporting platform security functions. Key responsibilities include adapting current processes and controls for a dual production platform (A/B Strategy). Provide solutions that will ensure minimal impact to platform users while remaining in compliance with the Bank's Global Information Systems (GIS) standards.

• Adapt current processes and controls for a dual production platform (A/B Strategy).
• Monitor, analyze, and report security events for multiple production platforms on a daily basis.
• Provide process improvements to support an A/B strategy between the two production platforms.
• Act as an individual contributor handling various tasks associated with Data Warehouse Security Management and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Document processes, procedures, and contribute to process improvement efforts.
• Produce Project Support documentation.

• Familiarity with ITSM Remedy Change Management (CRQs).
• Familiarity with Teradata SQL and tools.
• Project Management skills (e.g., JIRA, Agile methodology) – not required but beneficial.
• Experience facilitating conference calls and providing detailed meeting minutes.
• Proficiency with Remedy, MS Office tools, and SharePoint.
• Ability to access data and perform independent research into security problems, determining root cause and proposing solutions.
