We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Architect to lead the technical vision, design, and delivery of complex digital solutions across multiple client engagements. In this role, you’ll serve as both a strategic advisor and hands‑on technical leader – defining architectures that balance scalability, performance, and security while aligning with client goals and business outcomes.
Responsibilities- Architect end‑to‑end digital solutions across web, mobile, and enterprise environments that meet client requirements and industry best practices
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams – including product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers – to translate business objectives into scalable, maintainable technical architectures
- Define technical standards, frameworks, and best practices that promote code quality, reusability, and performance across projects
- Design and oversee integration strategies for APIs, microservices, and third‑party systems
- Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions, producing documentation such as architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and system blueprints
- Guide Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud deployment strategies
- Mentor and support engineering teams, providing architectural reviews, technical coaching, and hands‑on problem‑solving as needed
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to support innovation and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards throughout the software lifecycle
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in an architecture or technical leadership role
- Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, cloud‑based solutions using Azure, Snowflake, Salesforce and similar platforms
- Deep knowledge of modern software architectures, including microservices, event‑driven systems, and API‑first development
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python)
- Familiarity with front‑end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and integration best practices
- Strong understanding of Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control (Git)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interface directly with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in digital consulting, system integration, or product development environments
- Knowledge of data architecture, security frameworks, and API management platforms
- Experience architecting solutions for headless CMS, e‑commerce, or enterprise digital platforms
- Cloud architecture certification (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
- Exposure to AI/ML services, automation frameworks, or low‑code/no‑code tools is a plus
- Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong team and individual player
- Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature
- High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results
- Self‑sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention
- Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues
