We are seeking an experienced Senior Platform Lead to own the strategy, evolution, and execution of our core platform capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of technology, business, and operations, ensuring the platform scales reliably while enabling internal teams and external customers to succeed. The Senior Platform Lead will guide platform vision, prioritize initiatives, and partner closely with engineering, architecture, security, and business stakeholders.

• Define and own the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and operations teams
• Drive platform scalability, reliability, performance, and technical excellence
• Prioritize platform initiatives based on business impact, risk, and technical dependencies
• Establish platform standards, governance, and best practices
• Act as the primary stakeholder for platform capabilities, APIs, integrations, and shared services
• Identify technical debt and lead modernization efforts
• Monitor platform KPIs and ensure SLAs/SLOs are met
• Mentor and guide junior platform or technical leaders

• 7+ years of experience in platform leadership, technical product ownership, or systems architecture
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and platform ecosystems
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

• Cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Microservices, event-driven architectures, or shared service platforms
• Dev Ops, CI/CD, observability, and security best practices
• Experience supporting enterprise or high-growth environments
