We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Solution Architect / Senior Developer with 12+ years of professional experience in enterprise web application design, development, and deployment. The candidate will lead requirement analysis, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of a responsive web-based solution using React, Spring Boot, and Mongo

DB/Postgres
. The role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders in the U.S. and coordinate with offshore teams in India. The candidate should also bring strong expertise in automation testing and Dev Ops practices for hybrid deployment on prem (Docker swarm) and on cloud (Azure).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to capture and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
• Convert requirements into detailed technical specifications and system design.
• Architect scalable, secure, and performant solutions using React, Spring Boot, Mongo
  
  DB/Postgres.
• Lead architecture/design reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for full-stack development.
• Ensure seamless integration across frontend, backend, and database components.

• Define and execute system testing, integration testing, acceptance testing, and automation testing strategies.
• Implement automated test frameworks for regression, performance, and functional testing.

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Integrate static code analysis, security scanning, and automated testing in the pipeline.

• Lead and execute on-premises deployment using Docker Swarm and cloud deployment using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Collaborate with Dev Ops/infra teams to optimize performance, availability, and cost.
• Communicate effectively with onshore stakeholders and coordinate deliverables with offshore teams in India.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members across geographies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of professional experience in software architecture, full-stack development, and solution delivery.

Proven track record in:

• Databases: Mongo
  
  DB and Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Automation Testing: Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Cypress, or equivalent.
• Dev Ops/CI-CD: Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in system testing, acceptance testing, and test automation frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with offshore development/testing teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.

• Experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., App Gateway, Monitor, Key Vault).
• Familiarity with compliance/security frameworks (FedRAMP, HIPAA, NIST).
• Previous leadership of cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft Azure Architect, Kubernetes CKA/CKAD, Spring Professional, ISTQB for automation testing).

Due to project requirements, U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance are mandatory
