We are a global leader in recruitment solutions, dedicated to matching top talent with industry‑leading clients. As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage full‑cycle direct‑hire sourcing for senior legal and finance positions across a diverse portfolio of Fortune 500 and mid‑market clients.
What you’ll be doing• Execute full life‑cycle direct‑hire recruiting for mid‑ to senior‑level legal and accounting roles
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
• Partner closely with clients to understand business needs and deliver tailored talent solutions
• Work collaboratively with the Recruiting team to refine sourcing strategies and process improvements
• Promote an inclusive hiring culture and uphold company values
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (5+ years in recruiting or related field)
- High level of adaptability and ability to pivot priorities
- Team‑player with a collaborative mindset
- Tech‑savvy, eager to learn and adopt new recruiting technology
- Passionate about candidate and client success
- Thrives in fast‑paced environments with a competitive spirit
- Experience working remotely or in a hybrid model
- Demonstrates the 4 Hs:

Competitive base salary (US: $50,000; California: $68,640; Colorado: $56,485; New York City: $64,350)
Incentive compensation based on performance
