We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Specialist (Spanish/English) to lead full cycle recruitment efforts for our newest office in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you’ll partner closely with local operations to identify hiring needs, source and engage candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding through orientation. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and lead orientation sessions.
You’ll also be responsible for developing localized recruiting strategies and maintaining active communication with applicants through the ATS.
- Build applicant pools through outreach to community organizations, schools, and hiring events
- Screen and interview candidates; extend offers to qualified applicants
- Complete onboarding tasks including background checks, E-Verify, and new hire paperwork
- Guide new hires through onboarding to ensure compliance and a strong first impression
- Lead two weekly New Hire Orientation sessions (one in English, one in Spanish)
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support reputation efforts by encouraging reviews from new hires
- Track and report hiring metrics for assigned locations
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Comfortable presenting and groups (orientation sessions)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with computers and applicant tracking systems
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred - Valid driver’s license and access to reliable, insured transportation
